LOOKING FOR A DRIVER EDUCATION COURSE ?

Our professional staff and instructors are ready to provide the most recent instruction to all of our new drivers.  We teach risk reduction to manage the changing driving environments.  We want all students to to gain insights to the need of how to drive safely.

HANOVER HIGH SCHOOL  Located in the Upper Valley. Our Hanover High School course offers the driver a diverse set of traffic situations often found in city type driving.  Being situated next to Dartmouth College new drivers often find themselves involved in several types of learning experiences giving us a terrific behind the wheel classroom. Our classroom is located in the Hanover High School. We currently are offering three (3) different options for your course time.

To Parents:

A little about how Driver Education works. Driver Education is a program designed to increase a driver's ablitiy to understand, evaluate, implement different skills to aid in avoiding and eliminating some emergency situations, all forms of parking, highway driving, and learning how to process traffic scenarios while behind the wheel. To do this we have just 10 hours of instruction in the vehicle as well as 30 hours in the classroom. Driver Education is not a program meant to teach young drivers from hour 1. We srtrongly recommend that you begin driving with your student a.s.a.p. if they have no experience on the roadways. If this is not possible, you may want to wait until there is opportunity to learn from you before enrolling in a course. Enrolling with no driving experience will run the risk of your student not being able to complete the driving portion of the program and therefore your Student may need to retake the course.

1) Early Morning Course: Will run Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:45 to 7:45 a.m. 

2) After School Course: Will run Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Monday and Tuesday 3:10 to 5:10 p.m.  Wednesday 2:10 to 4:10 p.m.

Driving and observation hours will be scheduled around students free time during school hours, early morning before the start of school and after school hours. Please collect your class schedule so we can sign up when available during the day. Drive time will be conducted on Monday,  Tuesday, and Wedenday.

We will also be offering a "BUSY PEOPLE COURSE". This course is designed to accommodate those who are involved with sports and or have a busy schedules that may not allow them to attend the regular schedued classes. This class only meets once or twice a week and drive times will be more flexible. Please check class times and dates upon registering for this course. Drive times for this course will be conducted on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 5-9 p.m. and on weekend days.

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED:  WE WILL NEED A COPY OF EITHER YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE or A CURRENT PASSPORT.  YOU CAN BRING THIS TO THE PARENT MEETING, BRING IT TO THE SCHOOL's FRONT OFFICE OR MAIL IT TO US AT 795 NH RTE 4A, ENFIELD, NH 03748.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: STUDENTS SIGN UP FOR A SINGLE COURSE TIME. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE HOPING TO GET A MORE FAVAORABLE CHOICE. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR BOTH COURSES AS YOU ARE OCCUPYING 2 SEATS IN 2 DIFFERENT COURSES THEREFORE PREVENTING ANOTHER STUDENT FROM REGISTERING FOR THAT SEAT. SO IF YOU DO IT THEN YOU OWN IT!!
